Thanks! To pass a PDF from Salesforce to Sharepoint, you can setup your list so that it receives emails. Go to the list settings and incoming email settings and follow the directions there. If you could email the PDF from from salesforce (as an attachment) to the Sharepoint list, you're set. There is no out of the box way to pass metadata about that PDF to the list though. I suspect you'd have to do that manually. Once I figure out an "easy" way to pass data from Salesforce to Sharepoint automatically, I'll post something here.

This is excellent. I have one question, do you know of a way that I could pass a PDF that is generated from Salesforce using this method? Instead of creating a new document in Sharepoint?

If you are using the same method to get items in Sharepoint as outlined in the post, you could create a workflow that puts the account name into a new list. Then use that new list to create lookup. Not sure that's what you are trying to accomplish. Without creating some sort of web service call you are somewhat limited as to how you share data from Salesforce to Sharepoint.

If I wanted to create a dropdown list of the account names how can I do that?

And If I suspect that's too much, if I type in the account name, how can I bring back a link to the opportunity as well as opporunity stage into sharepoint fields?

Hi Laihui Xue,
I'm going to have to do some digging on this. It's a great question. I have some ideas, but I'm going to need look through this at the office (didn't bring my computer home this weekend.)
